1. Information we collect
The public website does not currently provide a first-party account system, advertising tracker, or contact form. We may receive:
- information you send directly by email, social media, or another communication channel;
- membership and transaction details made available to us by Whop, such as your name, contact information, membership status, and payment status—but not your full payment-card or bank-account details;
- booking information you submit through Google Calendar, including your contact details and responses to booking questions;
- community information associated with Discord access; and
- technical request data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referring page, date, and time.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate the website and membership, grant and maintain access, provide requested content and meetings, respond to inquiries, process support requests, secure our services, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with law.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information when reasonably necessary to providers that help deliver the service, including:
- Netlify for website hosting and request processing;
- Whop for checkout, subscription management, and membership access;
- Discord for community access;
- Google for appointment scheduling and video meetings; and
- X, YouTube, and other sites when you choose to follow an external link.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
4. Cookies and analytics
Mr Man, LLC does not currently place first-party advertising cookies or operate first-party behavioral analytics on mr-man.ca. Hosting infrastructure and linked third-party services may use necessary cookies or collect technical data under their own policies.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including providing access, resolving disputes, maintaining financial records, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal exceptions and record-retention requirements. You can cancel membership through Whop and manage third-party account settings directly with the relevant provider. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
7. Children
The website and paid membership are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.
8. International use
Mr Man, LLC is a United States business. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to ceo@mrmanxrp.xyz.
