1. Who we are
Mr Man, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. In these Terms, “Mr. Man,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mr Man, LLC. Questions may be sent to ceo@mrmanxrp.xyz.
2. Website and membership
We provide educational content, research commentary, community access, live discussions, and related digital materials concerning financial systems, markets, and digital assets. Features, formats, speakers, and schedules may change as the membership develops.
You may use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not share paid materials or account access, reproduce or resell content, disrupt the service, scrape restricted areas, or misrepresent our work.
3. Educational use only
Our content is general education and information, not individualized financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice. We do not act as your adviser or fiduciary. See the Financial and Educational Disclaimer for important risk information.
4. Accounts and access
Membership access is delivered through Whop and may include Discord or other third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and complying with those services’ terms. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful conduct, content redistribution, harassment, or material breach of these Terms.
5. Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout, payment processing, subscription management, and applicable taxes are handled by Whop and its payment partners. You can cancel through Whop; cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily reverse a completed billing period.
Any refund request is considered under the terms presented at checkout, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. Whop’s own Buyer Terms also apply to its platform.
6. Intellectual property
The site, branding, research, recordings, briefings, curriculum, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Mr Man, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access materials for personal use; it does not transfer ownership.
7. Third-party services and links
We link to or use services operated by Whop, Discord, Google, X, YouTube, Netlify, and others. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or practices.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, replace, reschedule, or discontinue content and features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mr Man, LLC is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Mr Man, LLC through the applicable membership during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
